Must-read.
General
(1) Enquiries made before reading our T&C(s) will be ignored.
(2) As a form of courtesy, please reply to all our emails even if you're no longer interested.
(3) Mutual trust is needed when dealing. Do not purchase from us if you do not trust us.
(4) We will update item status on this site so do check back regularly.
(5) Enquiries through messages will not be entertained if orders are not confirmed yet.
(6) Your patience will be greatly appreciated, so please avoid rushing/pestering us.
(7) To place an order with us, you are required to complete the order form.
(8) Orders once placed cannot be cancelled/refunded. Hence, only send in orders if you are 100% sure.
(9) In the event if item is OOS, we will do a full refund/replacement (depending on your choice)
(10) Your order will be cancelled if payment is not made within 3 days after invoice has been sent.
(11) Please inform us beforehand if you are not able to make payment within 3 days along with the reason.
(12) Please do not transfer payment to us if invoice has not been sent to you.
(13) Dead buyers will be strictly blacklisted. (We sincerely hope that we do not need to blacklist anyone)
Preorder
(1) Actual preorder items may have slight variations from what is shown due to the lighting. However, we will try our very best to make sure that items will be as true to picture as possible. (will be advised)
(2) Preorders are estimated to arrive in SG within 2~4 weeks if there is no delay. (Except for SHOE Collections! 1 ~ 2weeks)
(3) Do understand that we have no control over the waiting time.
(4) Your patience will be greatly appreciated if you decide to join our preorders.
(5) You will be contacted for collection purposes once the items arrive in SG.
Instocks
(1) All instocks are 100% BN unless otherwise stated.
(2) Swaps are allowed, but only through meetups. This is to avoid any misunderstandings.
(3) Items are slightly negotiable but please be reasonable.
(4) Fast deal prices are only entitled to those who make payment within 48 hours.
(5) We have the stocks at hand and thus instock prices will be set slightly higher than those on preorder as there will be no waiting time needed. (Do allow some time for meetup arrangements and/or payment verifications)
Postage
(1) All prices are not inclusive of postage charges.
Normal postage / item: $1.50
Registered mail: $3.20
For every subsequent item: Add $0.50
(2) Note that we will not be responsible for any lost mails through normal postage.
(3) Items will be mailed out within 2-3 working days after payments have been verified.
We reserve the right to amend any of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
